Staffed Campus
Traditionally
our ministry has a team of staff based on a major state university. Four to ten
staff members work together in an effort to reach every student on that campus
with the gospel. The team uses personal discipleship and evangelism as a daily
part of their ministry. They also lead Bible studies, plan outreaches, and equip
and develop student leaders to go abroad and help launch new ministries.

The Ultimate STUF
Ohio University
Ultimate Frisbee has become a permanent outreach at Ohio University. For some time, Campus Crusade for Christ students, Brandon and Paul, have hosted Ultimate games on Sunday afternoons and Thursday nights at midnight. Nearly every time, a number of Campus Crusade students join in to play. The games attract many non-Christians as well.
Paul and Brandon finally realized that the Lord had given them a wonderful outreach opportunity each week. As a result, Paul and Brandon petitioned to make their Sunday and Thursday Ultimate Frisbee (STUF) an official campus organization for the sole purpose of having a permanent scheduled outreach.
The students envision developing relationships on the field, displaying godly sportsmanship, and sharing Christ with the players. This gives the Campus Crusade students a gathering venue as well as common ground for those who need to hear the gospel. They can also receive university funding that would help in organizing other outreaches such as cookouts and parties. In addition, the students plan to print posters, shirts and other promotional material to help advertise.
Campus Crusade staff member, Raymond Haggard, is excited about this new opportunity. “Our students are constantly looking for opportunities that are relevant to the lost. STUF is the Ultimate!”
